So WHY do the obesity and health epidemics continue to escalate?

  • Because of the VAST amount of Misinformation that is perpetuated by the -

    • Supplement industry,

    • Diet programs,

    • Medical community - yes, even the medical community perpetuates many fallacies concerning health and nutrition.

Determining health is difficult.

  • This is because there is no way to directly assess health.

  • With all of the diet plans, supplements, medicines, etc. there continues to be increasing numbers of health issues:

    • diabetes,

    • high blood pressure,

    • heart disease,

    • Alzheimer's,

    • cancer diagnoses,

    • autistic children,

    • etc.

  • The health crisis gets little press compared to the more evident and definable obesity crisis. Therefore, most of what we hear is about obesity and losing weight.

The most difficult challenge that you face right now is letting go of the ideas you have about supplements, fad diets, and weight loss.

  • There are no magic pills that will force you to lose weight.

  • Medical options such as diet pills, surgery, and other methods have extremely high failure rates.

  • If you can let go of the lies and fallacies that you have been indoctrinated with, you have a chance of achieving your weight and health goals.

  • Most importantly, you need to understand how to achieve your ultimate nutritional health.

 

It is necessary to learn the truth about nutrition and health to make proper nutritional changes.

  • You don't have to know this information in detail.

  • The information you need  is basic such that anyone can understand it.

  • You can achieve your health and weight goals without permanent nutritional changes, but you will not be able to maintain them.

  • The changes that you need to make in your eating habits must become a permanent part of your life.

  • This process is not difficult if you have the right desire and knowledge.

  • Because there is so much conflicting information concerning diet plans, supplements, and other weight loss schemes, people need some guidance in learning what is true and be able to ignore all of the misinformation that is being thrown at them.

  • As you start to make better food choices and eliminate poor food choices, they will be maintaining their previous diet.

  • This will keep many foods that you are trying to eliminate constantly in front of you, tempting you to engage in your previous poor eating habits.

  • SS-Health invites these individuals to join with you in developing and pursuing your personal health plan for no additional cost.

SS-Health offers three levels of assistance.

  • Everyone requires differing amounts of help learning how to be nutritionally healthy, and developing and executing their own health and weight loss plan.

  • OPTION 1: For those who feel that they can develop their plan with minimal assistance, there is a video series that provides guidance to help them through the process.

  • OPTION 2: Others who need more coaching can join a weekly online group meeting. These groups discuss problems and challenges that you are facing, and provide answers to your questions and suggestions for more improvement.

  • OPTION 3: Those needing the most assistance can receive one-on-one coaching on a weekly basis.

  • All options are aided by a video series presenting basic knowledge and guidelines.

Before starting any program, you need to schedule a free hour-long one-on-one telephone consultation with Dr. Meline. He will help you determine your best approach to developing your personal health and weight loss program.

Option 1

Once you have the proper knowledge, some of you will be able to develop a program for your best nutritional health and weight loss on your own. The information that you need is contained in the book "Lies Exposed!" or its companion "Stop The BS." Use the guide lines contained therein and the accompanying video series to develop your own personal program. Click here to explore using this option.

Option 2

Most of you will require more help developing and executing your health and weight loss plans. In addition to the information contained in the book "Lies Exposed!", you can join a Zoom group which will meet once per week to discuss particular needs of the group. Your questions will be answered and specific information will be presented to help you establish and maintain YOUR health and weight loss program.

Option 3

Some of you will require dedicated help developing and executing your special  health and weight loss plan. To assist you in this, one on one guidance will be provided through a weekly zoom meeting. This option will guide you step by step in developing YOUR  health and weight loss plan. As your understanding of health, nutrition and weight loss grows, you may be able to switch to one of the other options.
